The registration process for the Workshop is handled through our conference management partner, CONGREX. Congrex is also handling loging at convenient hotels. During the registration you will be able to book hotel with the information given as follows.

Loging at Hotels

Congrex has prebooked rooms at three nice four star hotels in the city of Stockholm, close to both busses and underground. All hotel rooms in all categories have private bath with shower or tub, telephone, television, pay-tv and breakfast facilities.

 

Clarion Collection Hotel Wellington (Storgatan 19). The hotel is  located across the street from the conference venue, Näringslivets Hus, at Östermalm and within 10 minutes walking distance from the city centre, restaurants, shops and gallerias.

 

Best Western Mornington Hotel (Nybrogatan 53) is located a 5 minute walk from the conference venue at Östermalm and within 7 minutes walking distance from the city centre, restaurants, shops and gallerias. Nearest underground station is Östermalms Torg Square.

Scandic Hotel Sjöfartshotellet (Katarinavägen 26) is situated close to Slussen (the lock between the Old Town and the southern island of Stockholm) which is also an underground station, and 10 minutes with the underground to the Östermalms Torg Square which is the nearest underground station to the venue. The hotel is within walking distance to the Medborgarplatsen Square (centre of the south of Stockholm) with restaurants, pubs, shops/gallerias and 20 minutes walk from the city centre.

Single rooms are only available for 1 person. Double rooms are available for 1-2 persons. The beds in the double rooms can be queen size, king size, double bed (two single beds standing together) or twin bed (two separated single beds).
